Valvira’s social media rules
In our social media accounts, you can discuss with us openly, ask questions and give criticism, as long as you behave appropriately without insulting other users or violating anyone’s privacy. The goal of our social media accounts is to promote effective supervision by sharing current and reliable information and by engaging in interaction with our stakeholders.
We monitor discussions and comments in our social media accounts and intervene in any inappropriate behaviour, if required. We will issue a warning if we discover any inappropriate behaviour or we may delete any messages that violate the online etiquette. If a user repeatedly violates our rules, their access to any of our social media accounts may be blocked.
Please remember the online etiquette. In our social media channels, we do not accept:
- name-calling or insulting other users
- swearing or racism
- incitement
- links to illegal or inappropriate material
- hate messages targeted at people, organisations, countries or nations
- advertising, marketing or sale of products or services
- religious or political statements
- dissemination of personal data
